Sissons, Jerry- Age 75, died October 13, 2017. Funeral Services will be held 1:00 PM Friday, October 20, 2017 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd, Swartz Creek. Visitation will be 10:00 am until time of service. Those desiring may make contributions to the Golden Retriever Rescue of Michigan P.O. Box 214576 Auburn Hills, MI 48321-4576. Jerry was born on September 5, 1942, in Waterford, the son of George and Ira (Dalton) Sissons. He graduated from Oxford High School. He worked for Conway Central Express as a truck driver, retiring in 2006. He made a friend everywhere he went. Surviving are three children, Timothy (Lisa Main) Sissons of Flint, Tami (Mickey) Bauchan of Flint, Alisha (Terry) Lockhart of Swartz Creek; grandchildren, Steven Main, Taylor Bauchan, Bayley Bauchan, Tyler Lockhart and Jacob Lockhart; brother, Jim Wilcox; former wife, Mary Elaine MacDonald and former wife Maxine Sissons.
