Alleva, Marilyn Martha - Age 88, of Flint, died peacefully at home on April 15, 2020 after a long battle with Alzheimers Disease. Private Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Matthew Catholic Church, 706 Beach Street, Flint. Private interment at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly. Arrangements are being handled by Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Flint. Those desiring may make contributions to the Catholic Community of Flint. Marilyn Martha was born April 17, 1931 in Flint the daughter of Alan and Alicia Marie (Piechowski) Tibbits. She married Luigi "Louis" Emil Alleva on February 19, 1955 in Flint. She was a member of St. Matthew Catholic Church along with their Altar Society and volunteering for funeral luncheons. She enjoyed oil painting, china painting, sewing, home decorating. Marilyn was fortunate to spend 24 winters in Kauai, Hawaii. Surviving are: husband of 65 years Louis; three children Maria (Robert) Budi of Medina, Ohio, Celeste (Bob) Milne of Flint, Allison (Rod) Elmlund of Shoreline, WA; grandchildren, Marina Budi, Ciara Budi, Paul Budi, James Milne, Luke Milne, Mitchell Milne, Fiona Lynch; great-grandchildren, Clara Milne, and Bobby Milne.
