SWINNEY, Dwayne – Of Flint, age 59, died Thursday, February 28, 2019 at his residence.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Pastor Sarah LaRose-Nettell officiating.
Burial in Crestwood Cemetery.
Visitation 5-8 p.m. Monday and 12 noon Tuesday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Dwayne was born in Flint, Michigan on December 21, 1959, the son of the late Tilmon and Marie (LaFan) Swinney.
He loved all sports, especially enjoyed NASCAR, football and golf. Above all else, he enjoyed being with friends and family.
Surviving are sons, Kyle and Adam;
siblings, Darlene Swinney and Sandy (John) Babcock;
grandson, Jaxon Howland.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Tilmon and Marie.
