WHITEFORD, Jennifer Jean - Age 70, of Grand Blanc, died Saturday, October 15, 2016. Services will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Grand Blanc Township. Her nephew, Pastor Ron Nelson officiating. Visitation will be held 10:00 AM Tuesday until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to the Diabetes Associations.
Jennifer was born August 8, 1946 in Flint, the daughter of Clifford G. and Jeanne G. (Morgan) Higham. She was a 1964 graduate of St. Agnes Catholic High School and was a graduate of Hurley School of Nursing. She had resided in Grand Blanc, Fenton, and Flint her entire life. Jennifer worked as a RN at McLaren Hospital for 28 years.
Surviving are: son, Timothy (Donna) Baroski of Grand Blanc; grandson, Joey Baroski of Grand Blanc; granddaughter, Courtnee (Ethan) Bishop of Chesaning; siblings, Kathy Grossklaus of Fenton, John (Denae) Higham of Georgia, Denise (Bill) Churchill of Flushing, Ann Marie (Kenny) Wright of Grand Blanc, Jim (Lynne) Higham of Grand Blanc, and Lori (Jeff) Whitney of Fenton; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Tammy Baroski; sister, Theresa McAlevy; and brother, Gerard Higham. Online tributes may be posted on the obituaries page at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com. |
