BLALOCK, David N. - Of Davison, age 43, died suddenly Thursday, October 24, 2013 at Hurley Medical Center.
A Memorial Service will be held 12 noon, Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint.
Cremation has taken place.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Humane Society.
Visitation 4-8pm Tuesday and 11am Wednesday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
David was born in Flint on August 16, 1970, the son of Roger and Phyllis (McMahan) Blalock. David graduated from Carman Ainsworth High School where he played and participated in football, wrestling and shot put. He was also an avid fan of the Detroit Lions, Detroit Tiger and the Michigan State Spartans.
Surviving are parents, Roger and Phyllis Blalock;
brother, Steve and wife Doniell;
nephews, Kegan and Cody Blalock, Kodie Smith and Korie Smith;
girlfriend, Andrea Motter;
close friends, John Spaulding, Alphonso DeLaRosa and Jon Wright;
many other family and friends;
and his cat, Alabama Worley.
