HISCOCK, Byrnece E. - Of Gaines, age 90, went home to be with the Lord, Thursday, November 10, 2016 at her residence.
Funeral service will be held 11am Monday, November 14, 2016 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint,
Pastor Louis Canaday officiating.
Burial in Great Lakes National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Calvary Baptist Church of Gaines Building Fund.
Visitation 2-4pm and 6-8pm Sunday and 10am Monday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Byrnece was born in Flint on July 13, 1926, the daughter of the late Clyde and Zyna (Hutchison) Baldwin. On July 27, 1946, she married Clayton Hiscock in Gary, Indiana. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church of Gaines. Byrnece loved playing the piano and organ.
Surviving are husband of 70 years, Clayton;
children, Paul and wife Betty Hiscock, Diane and husband Phil Mikkelson, Kathy and Husband Dave Wass and Teresa and husband Louis Canaday;
13 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren;
brother, Mark and wife Lucille Baldwin;
and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by their daughter, Becky Lynn Hiscock, brother Bernarr and sister, Lois.
