WALL, Robert John – of Davison, age 83, loving husband, father and grandfather passed away December 6, 2014 at Genesys Convalescent Center. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held 11 AM Saturday, December 13, 2014 at Good Shepherd Evangelical Lutheran Church, 5496 Lippincott Blvd., Burton; Rev. Gregory E. Ewald officiating. There will be one hour of visitation prior to the service on Saturday at church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Good Shepherd Evangelical Lutheran Church.
Robert was born in Rogers City, MI on January 14, 1931, son of the late Charles and Alfrieda (Bruning) Wall. He married Kathryn Radabaugh in 1960. Robert proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy from July of 1949 to February of 1953. He was employed at Chevrolet and CPC Group for 30 years, retiring in 1987. Robert was a member of Good Shepherd Evangelical Lutheran Church. He enjoyed bowling, golfing and traveling.
Robert is survived by his wife, Kathryn L. Wall; children, David Wall and Rebecca S. (Scott) Smith; grandchildren, Christin E. Smith, Zachary T. Smith, Alex C. Wall, Noelle K. Wall and Lauren M. Wall; siblings, Edna Modrzynski, Evelyn Feldt and Alice Dettmer. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Charles, James, Roger and Edward; sister, Patricia Stone.
