MCDERMITT, Bonnie L. - of Flint, age 93, died Saturday, August 11, 2012 at Gross Assisted Living in Clio. Funeral Services will be held at 11 AM Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at the O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio. Minister Garfield Cooper officiating. Burial in Sunset Hills Cemetery. Friends may call at the O'Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio on Monday from 2-8 PM and Tuesday from 10 AM until the time of service. Contributions may be made to McLaren Hospice or Otisville Church of Christ.
Bonnie was born on December 28, 1918 to the late Charles and Ruby (Eudaly) Davis. She married Weldon McDermitt on March 18, 1939 in Angola, IN, he preceded her in 1992. Bonnie was a lifelong member of the Church of Christ.
Surviving are: children, Charles McDermitt of Millington, Kathryn (Phillip) Fitch of Fife Lake; 6 grandchildren, Linda, Robert, Paul, David, Steven and Timothy McDermitt; 11 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
