LUCAS, Juanita R. – Of Flint Township, age 78, died Saturday, March 19, 2016 at Genesys Regional Medical Center.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Reverend Jeff King officiating.
Burial in Flint Memorial Park.
Those desiring may make contributions to Ainsworth Baptist Church.
Visitation 2-8 p.m. Monday and 11 a.m. Tuesday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Juanita was born in Flint, Michigan on March 10, 1938.
She was a very loving and caring person that would help anybody.
Mrs. Lucas was employed by Hurley Hospital Admitting Office for 28 years and was also employed by Happy Elephant Day Care for 18 years.
Surviving are husband, Kenneth;
daughters, Lynda (Tim) Boomer and
Sandy (Ted) Boomer;
son, David (Trisha) Lucas;
many grandchildren and great-grandchildren;
brother, Hubert (Mary) Abernathy;
sister, Ruby Maschke;
many nieces and nephews.
