SELLERS, Virgil A. - Of Flint, age 95, died Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at his residence.
Visitation 1pm Saturday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Funeral service will be held at 3pm Saturday, January 19, 2013 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint,
Pastor Tom Mattiuzzo officiating.
Contributions may be directed to Riverside Tabernacle.
Virgil married Fern Davis on September 5, 1936 in Flint. He was an active member of Riverside Tabernacle for many years. Virgil retired as the General Manager at Peerless Mattress after 36 years of service.
Surviving are wife of 76 years, Fern;
daughters, Marlene and Janet;
grandchildren, Cindi, Mark, Jennifer, Bob and Barb;
great-grandchildren, Molly, Paul, Hannah, Tony, Bailey, Hunter, Carson, Joey, Kristi, Tim and Andrew.
He was preceded in death by his son, Doug and grandson, Brett.
