CONQUEST, William Jonathan “Bill” – of Clio, age 72, died, Monday, February 11, 2019.
A Celebration of Bill’s Life will be held at 1PM Wednesday, March 6, 2019, at the Memorial Park Pond in Bonita Springs, Florida. Larry Sherman officiating. A memorial will also be held at 6PM Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at the Christian Apostolic Center, 6350 Fenton Rd., in Flint, Michigan with pastor Larry Spooner officiating.
Bill was born March 14, 1946 in Cass City, Michigan to the late Basil and Vera Conquest. He attended Clio Schools where he met the love of his life, Tina. They were high school sweethearts, and married April 10, 1965. Bill resided in Clio all his life and enjoyed his winters in Florida. He loved spending time and boating at his cabin on the Tittabawassee River in Gladwin, Michigan. Bill also loved singing, and helping people out in any way he could, he had a great listening ear. He will be greatly missed by all.
Surviving are: Wife of 53 years, Tina Conquest; Melissa (Rob) Fiene-Bentley, and Bill (Angie) Conquest, all of Clio; 7 grandchildren: Phil (Amanda) Mills, Shawn (Kindra) Ruff, Tyler Bentley, Summer Conquest, Kaleb Conquest, Lexi Goller, and Preston Conquest, all of Clio; 4 great grandchildren: Izze Grace Roberts, Evan Ruff, Hudson Mills, Ellory Mills.
