ROTHLEY, Joseph M. - Of Flint Township, age 47, died Wednesday, March 9, 2011 at Hurley Medical Center. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 12 Noon Monday, March 14, 2011 at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, 1227 East Bristol Road, Burton

Visitation 1-3 and 5-8pm Sunday at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West hill Road. A Scripture Service will be held 7pm Sunday evening at the funeral home. Joseph was born in Flint, Michigan on June 27, 1963, the son of Jim and Connie (Owen) Rothley. He attended grade school at Holy Redeemer and graduated from Flint Southwestern High School. He worked at Chrysler Corporation. He was an avid mountain biker, and loved playing hockey and spending time with his granddaughters. Joseph was the proud father of Kelli Rothley and Thomas (deceased).
Surviving are daughter, Kelli Rothley;
Granddaughters, Jade and Jayla;
Parents, Jim and Connie Rothley;
Brothers, Jim Jr., John and wife Sheila and Jeffrey; Sisters, Teri and husband Alex Karayanis, Patti and husband Ron Kucinsky, Sue Rothley and Mark Papke, Kathy and husband Curt Russell; Many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
