MARKHAM, Cheryl Ann - Of Grand Blanc, age 62, passed away Thursday, October 4, 2018 after a long battle with diabetes.
Funeral service will be held 12 Noon Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint,
Dr. Gary Glanville officiating.
Cremation will take place following the service.
Contributions may be made to American Diabetes Association or Genesee County Humane Society.
Visitation 1-8pm Monday at the funeral home.
Cheryl was born in Flint on August 3, 1956, the daughter of the late Dean and Barbara (Shaw) Buzzard. On August 16, 1986, she married Douglas Markham. Cheryl was employed with Citizens Bank for 24 years. She was an avid Flint Generals fan and belonged to the Booster Club. Cheryl loved knitting with her cat in her lap. She also worked at Mott Community College Book Store.
Surviving are husband, Doug;
daughter, Nicole;
brother, Kirk (Diane) Buzzard;
and 5 nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Hal.
