THOMPSON, Daniel – of Flint, age 37, passed away June 15, 2015. A Funeral Service will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, June 20, 2015 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison; Rev. Harold K. Polk, Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Flint Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be 1-8 PM Friday and 12-1 PM Saturday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
Danny was born in Flint, MI on February 16, 1978, son of Michael and Diane (Bryan) Thompson. Danny loved his children and family. He had a heart of gold and was always there to lend a helping hand. Danny loved cutting hair, dressing up and showing off his cars, golfing with “cousin Kris” and getting advice from “cousin Gary”. With his quick wit and ready smile, Danny was always the life of the party. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
Danny is survived by his sons, Daniel “DJ” Thompson II and Talan Shivley; parents, Michael (Darlene) Thompson and Diane (Short Demski); sister, Amy Thompson (Rob Caldwell); stepsister, Rachel Privett; nephew, Carson Caldwell; many cousins, aunts, uncles and extended family. He was preceded in death by his grandparents and uncle Rock.
