MCMAHAN, Nancy C. (Klamert) – Of Mt. Morris, age 77, died Saturday, July 29, 2017 at Genesys Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held 2PM Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at the O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio. Cremation to follow. Pastor Ted Stephens officiating. Family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Tuesday from 1PM – 8PM and on Wednesday from 1PM until the time of service at 2PM. Memorial Contributions may be made to North End Baptist Church, or a charity of your choice.
Nancy was born April 26, 1940 in Marquette, Michigan to the late Clarence and Pearl (Curtis) Klamert. She graduated from St. Agnes High School in 1958. Nancy later graduated “Cum Laude” from Jordan College with degrees in word processing and legal secretary. She married Gordon McMahan on September 28, 1996 at Mt. Morris United Brethren Church. He preceded her in death on December 26, 2014. Nancy worked at Simms Chevrolet in Clio as a receptionist and retired in 2004 with 12 years of service. She was a member of the Red Hat Society of Mt. Morris. Nancy enjoyed country music, going to the casino, traveling, playing computer games, and attending shows in Branson, Missouri.
Survivng are: Children: Mark (Susan) Rios, Paul Klamert; Step Children: Kathy (Everette) Parker, Randy (Diane) McMahan, Vicky Siegrist, Tracy McMahan, Ricky (Kelly) McMahan; Grandchildren: Brooke Weston, Kelsey Penix, Ryan McMahan; Great grandson, Owen Hamilton, and many other special grandchildren.
