HAMILTON, Todd Raymond - passed away at University of Michigan Hospital on March 31, 2017 in Ann Arbor, MI at the age of 52.
Todd is survived by: his wife Laurie Mae Hamilton of Birch Run, MI; son Brent Raymond Hamilton of Birch Run, MI; father Raymond George Hamilton of Clio, MI; and sister Traci Renee Hamilton (Husband Ty Hodges) of Clio, MI. He is preceded in death by his mother Louise (Holbin) Hamilton.
Todd was born on October 16, 1964 in Flint, MI to Raymond and Louise Hamilton. He attended Clio Area Schools. Todd married Laurie Massey in 1988. The two bought a home in Taymouth Township, where he resided until his death. He and Laurie had one son, Brent, born in 1991. Todd was self-employed and was the best classic car builder in the area. He enjoyed restoring award winning show cars for his friend Tom Brown. Todd was a wonderful father and a best friend to his son Brent. They enjoyed working on cars, collecting guns, and remodeling houses together. He and Laurie loved camping in their teardrop trailer that Todd built, traveling, and attending car shows and cruises in their classic cars. Todd will be dearly missed as a loving and caring husband, father, son, brother, and friend.
Honoring his wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial gathering will be held on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at the O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio from 3-8 PM. Please sign our guestbook or share an online condolence with the family at www.oguinnfh.com.
