Ramona Elizabeth Westfall Wilcox was gently welcomed into heaven in the very early hours of Saturday, February 8, 2025, asleep in her Murrells Inlet, South Carolina apartment.
Ramona was born in Grand Blanc, Michigan on May 12, 1935. While attending Grand Blanc High School in Grand Blanc, MI, she met the love of her life, Willis Richard Wilcox. Ramona and Rich were married on March 5, 1955. Together they raised two sons in Goodrich, MI. Ramona preceded in death her husband, Richard (in 2022) and son, David (in 1980). Ramona is survived by her son Wayne (Dorothy) Wilcox of South Carolina, grandson Alex Wilcox of Kansas, granddaughter Meredith (Jacob) Slade and great granddaughter A’dora Slade of Illinois. In lieu of flowers, Ramona would be honored by a contribution to her home church: St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, 8192 Davison Road, Davison, Michigan 48423. |
