Clark, Margaret P. - Age 78, of Grand Blanc, died December 21, 2018. Funeral services will be held 11AM Friday December 28 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center 6063 Fenton Rd. Flint. Pastor Bruce Badder officiating. Visitation will be held 2-8PM Thursday and from 10AM Friday until the service. Margaret was born July 14, 1940 in County Leitrim, Ireland, the daughter of John and Annie (McNiff) Cooke. Margaret came to the U.S. from Ireland at age 18. She lived in New York for a short time before moving to Detroit where she met and married Stanley Leonard, and raised her family. She married William L. Clark on January 24, 1998; he preceded her in death on September 9, 2011. She worked at F.O.H. for 15 years and then Quest Diagnostics also for 15 years. She is survived by her 3 children, Gail Garrison of Flint, Kevin (Mindy) Leonard of Grand Blanc, Eric Leonard of Ann Arbor; their father Stanley Leonard of Charlotte, NC; 4 grandchildren, Kevin Leonard, Jack Leonard, Amanda (Andrew) Gellings, Jacob Garrison; great-grandchildren, Piper Garrison, Jaxon Gellings, Emery Gellings; step-children, Karen (Bob) Donaldson, Cindy Trimble, Craig Clark, Kevin (Linda) Clark, Cheryl Back, and their families; brother, Sean Cooke. The family gives special thanks to Margaret's niece Bernardine McCabe; and to McLaren Hospice nurse Rob. Margaret was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Annie McCabe; husband, William Clark; daughter, Karen Leonard; and son-in-law, Dan Garrison.
