JOLOVIC, Danko “Danny” – of Flint, age 82, passed away Thursday, December 27, 2018 at Hurley Medical Center. A funeral Service will be held at 1 PM Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at Allen funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison, MI 48423; Pastor Robert D. Taylor officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Hills Cemetery. Visitation will be 11 AM – 1 PM prior to the service.
Danny was born in Sarajevo, Bosnia (former Yugoslavia) on April 27, 1936, son of the late Jefto and Ljuba (Bjelakovic) Jolovic. He immigrated to the United States in 1964. Danny married Donna Revoldt in Toledo, OH on January 25, 1980. He proudly became a US citizen in 1995. Danny was a fan of sports – especially soccer and Detroit Pistons basketball. He loved being outside watching wildlife- especially the birds. Danny’s favorite thing to do was spending time with his family.
Danny is survived by his wife, Donna Jolovic; children, Dan Jolovic and Laura Jolovic; sister, Dusanka Bokun; sister-in-law, Debbie (Don) Seyerle; brother-in-law, Tom (Lynn) Revoldt; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Rajko Jolovic, Slobodan Jolovic; sister, Pejka Jolovic; mother and father-in-law, Donald and Onalee Revoldt.
