BAILEY, Janet K. – of Burton, age 59, went home to be with her Lord, surrounded by her loving family, early in the morning of Sunday, March 5, 2017 at McLaren of Flint. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Thursday, March 9, 2017 at New Testament Community Church, 3484 S. Belsay Rd. in Burton. Pastor D. Joey Graves officiating. Burial to follow in Flint Memorial Park. Family will receive visitors at the O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio on Wednesday from 11-4 and 6-8 PM and at the church on Thursday from 10 AM until time of services at 11 AM. Contributions may be made to the family for a college fund for her grandchildren.
Janet was born November 2, 1957 in Flint to James and Helen (Fry) Gibson. Janet was an owner at NTC Church in Burton and will be remembered by all for her loving compassion, tender heart and sought-after hugs.
Surviving are: Husband, Darrell W. Bailey ; Daughter, Jennifer (Rick) Mason; Son, Jeff (Kaila) Bailey; treasured grandchildren that she was known as Sugar to, Kylah Bailey, Easton Bailey, Paige Mason and 2 more expected grandchildren; Mother, Helen Gibson; loving siblings: Diane (Pat) Garl, Jim (Mary) Gibson; along with numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
