ALLMAN, Lois J. – of Clio, age 84, died Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at her residence. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held 3PM Saturday, December 9, 2017 at Messiah Lutheran Church, 520 Butler Street, Clio. Family will receive visitors at the church from 1PM until the time of service at 3PM. Memorial contributions may be made to Messiah Lutheran Church.
Lois was born August 19, 1933 in Harrison, Michigan to the late Russell and Ellen (Roth) Sharp. She graduated from Harrison High School in 1951. Lois attended Davenport College in Grand Rapids. She married Harold Allman on May 16, 1953 in Harrison. Lois worked 20 years as a secretary for Trinity Lutheran Church in Oscoda. She has been a member of Messiah Lutheran Church for over 50 years. Lois enjoyed quilting, crocheting, baking and knitting.
Surviving are: Husband, Harold Allman; Children: Michael Allman and Phyllis (Duane) Renshaw; Grandchildren: Pam (Joe) Collins, Nicholas (Amber) Renshaw, and Nichole (Craig) Stultz; Great grandchildren, Julianna Collins, Bentley Stultz, Colton Stultz, Quinn Renshaw, and Bristol Renshaw; Sister-In-Laws: Joanna Taylor, Joyce Campbell, Dorothy Allman, and Margaret Allman.
