NICHOLLS, Jessica Renee Lott – beloved wife, daughter, sister and aunt of Grayling, age 31, passed away November 4, 2015. A Funeral Service will be held 1 PM Thursday, November 12, 2015 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison; Pastor Daniel Louman officiating. Cremation will follow the service. Visitation will be 5-8 PM Tuesday and 1-8 PM Wednesday. There will be one hour of visitation prior to the service on Thursday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
Jessica was born in Flint, MI on March 7, 1984, the daughter of William and Charlotte (Hunter) Lott. She received a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Ferris State University in 2008. Jessica married John Nicholls on February 26, 2010. They lived in Wyoming, where she worked as a parole officer for 3 ½ years before settling down in Grayling, MI. Jessica was adventurous, determined and an avid hunter. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her nieces and nephews. Her frequent “Aunt Days” are treasured memories for all involved. Second only to her family, were Jessica’s beloved pets or “fur babies”.
Jessica is survived by her husband, John Nicholls; parents, William and Charlotte Lott; sisters, Clerissa (Juan) Rangel, MaLeia (Aaron) Coy; mother-in-law, Vickie Nicholls; father-in-law, John Nicholls, Sr; three sisters-in-law; six nephews and six nieces.
