MANGOLD, Lorna Jean (Davis) - of Flint, age 88, died Tuesday, January 31, 2017. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Saturday, February 4, 2017 at the O'Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio. John Southern, Minister officiating. Private burial in Sunset Hills Cemetery. Family will receive visitors on Friday from 2-7 PM and on Saturday from 10 AM until time of services at 11 AM.
Lorna was born November 25, 1928 in Genesee County. She had lived mostly in Flint but also in Millington, Johannesburg and recently in Flushing. She married Holland Davis on November 11, 1945. He preceded her in death on February 24, 1972. She then married John Mangold in May 1975. Mrs. Mangold was a member of Clio Church of Christ. She enjoyed bowling, cooking and being with family.
Surviving are: Husband, John; Sons: Glenn (Paulette) Davis of CA, Gary Davis of Chesaning; Daughter-in-law, Dana Davis of Flushing; Step Children: Ann Marie, Charlie Mangold, John Jr. (Sharon) Mangold; 26 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
