WAGNER, Benjamin Davis - Of Montrose, age 90, died Friday, July 28, 2017 at McLaren-Flint.
A memorial service will be held 11am Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint,
Pastor Tim Hobson officiating.
Visitation 10am Wednesday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Cremation has taken place. Burial of cremains in Crestwood Cemetery.
Benjamin was born in Maryville, Tennessee on May 23, 1927, the son of the late Harrison and Elizabeth Wagner. Benjamin was a World War II Veteran. On April 7, 1958, he married Albinia in Flint and she preceded him in death. He retired from General Motors after 33 years of service.
Surviving are sons, Forrest (Diane) Eaton, Mark (Lynne) Wagner, Brian Wagner and Tim (Brenda) Wagner;
daughters, Ila Wagner and Jill Wagner;
brother, Jim Wagner;
10 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers and 2 sisters.
