TURBYFILL-RICH, Sonya Lynn - Of Grand Blanc, age 41, passed away suddenly Monday, October 24, 2011.
Funeral service will be held 3p.m. Sunday, October 30, 2011 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint, Pastor Gary Beck officiating.In lieu of flowers, contributions may be directed to the family. Visitation 1p.m. Sunday until the time of the service at the funeral home. Sonya was born in Flint on April 11, 1970, the daughter of Maynard and Georgia Turbyfill. Sonya graduated from Clio High School, Class of 1988. She was a member of St. Marks Lutheran Church. Sonya enjoyed horseback riding, skiing and spending time with her family. She was employed in sales for Kirby Vacuums. Surviving are sons, Aaron Austin Lewis, age 16 and Haustin Lee Rich, age 13; parents, Maynard and Georgia Turbyfill; boyfriend and dear friend, Mark Banaszek; brothers, Jason Scott Worden and Maynard Keith Turbyfill; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
