MYS, Michael Harris - Of Swartz Creek, age 58, died Saturday, April 9, 2016 at McLaren-Flint.
Visitation 1-8pm Thursday and 11am Friday until the time of the service at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint.
Funeral service will be held 12pm Friday, April 15, 2016 at the Swartz Funeral Home,
Reverend Don Dennis and Reverend Darrell Ward officiating.
Burial in Crestwood Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.
Mike was born in Detroit on February 7, 1958. He married Amanda Rachael Ward on November 11, 1988 in Grand Blanc, Michigan. Mike worked at Pontiac Truck and Bus as a Millwright for 31 ½ years and was a member of Local #594. He retired on July 1, 2008. Mike was an avid hobbyist. He loved to build and paint models of all kinds. Mike also loved to go to car shows in his ’47 Ford Coupe.
Surviving are wife, Amanda Rachael;
brothers, John of Davison (Pam of Shepherd), Tracy (Peggy) of Little Elm, Texas and Greg (Joanna) of Spring Hill, Florida;
and many special nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Phyllis and brother, Randolph.
