IRWIN, Judith M. – Of Grand Blanc, age 70, died Friday, July 7, 2017 at Genesys Regional Medical Center.
Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at Atherton United Methodist Church, 4010 Lippincott Blvd., Burton,
Reverend Sang Yoon Chun officiating.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Fenton Adopt-A-Pet or Atherton United Methodist Church.
Visitation 1-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road. Judith will be at the church from 10 a.m. Wednesday until the time of the service.
Judith was born in Highland Park, Michigan on September 8, 1946, and was a resident of Lake Fenton and Grand Blanc all her life.
On August 15, 1981 she married Robert Irwin.
She was a member of Atherton United Methodist Church, sang in the choir and served in many leadership positions at church.
Judith was employed 18 years at American Express/Ameriprise and retired in 2014 from Flint Institute of Art after 13 years. After retiring, Judy became a Mary Kay Beauty Consultant.
Surviving are husband, Robert;
siblings, Margaret (Bruce) Danks,
Bill (Sherrie) Wiles,
Lucinda Wiles and
Cheri (Sam) Morris;
nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews;
aunt and uncle, Waunita and Wayne Smith;
special friends, Linda Rice, Barb and Norm McDonald, Joe and Denise Buffa and her precious cats, Max and Confetti.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Esther Wiles and her infant son, William Black.
