Age 66, went to be with our Lord August 18, 2018. There is so much that can be said about the man, but as he did, we give glory to God, and pray He be with all those who knew Roy and all those Roy was unable to reach in his witness of the Lord. Roy would say: "Don't cry for me, I am going to be with my Lord in Heaven. I will see you again in maybe 40-50 years. God bless you my brother or sister." To the women my dad shared his life with, know YOU WERE LOVED. Roy leaves behind 6 children; Shannon (Bentley) Bingham, Robert Freels, Noah DeWyse and fiancé Angie Hess, Beatriz Freels, Adrian Freels, and Matthew (Jennifer) Gillem, 4 grandchildren; Shelby DeWyse and fiancé Nate Haughey, Jon DeWyse, Alexis Gillem, Andrew Gillem, and 1 great granddaughter Preslee "Gracie",his adopted family; Penny Stefanski, Lori Jachim, (West Branch Debbie), Wally, Mark, Bug, Lisa, Trichia, Dave and their girls,, 4 brothers and families, a special thanks to brother Bob, who took such great care of him. The family would like to Thank our dad's U of M Hospital family. HE LOVED ALL OF YOU VERY MUCH. All are welcome to the memorial Saturday, August 25, 2018 at Captains Club at Woodfield, 10200 Woodfield Dr., Grand Blanc, MI from 3-7pm. The memorial service will start promptly at 3:30 pm. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Shannon Bingham, P.O. Box 123, Otisville, MI 48463. Funds will be used to carry out Roy's last wishes. |
