RENICO, William C. - Age 74, of Grand Blanc, died January 13, 2016 at his residence. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Monday, January 18 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Flint, Rev. Sharlyn Gates. Visitation will be held 1-8 PM Sunday, 10-11 AM Monday. Those desiring may make contributions to the Genesee County Humane Society or charity of ones choice. William was born January 31, 1941 in Flint the son of Harold and Lucienne (Aselin) Renico. He had worked for the Kearsley Rescue Squad in the 1960's. He married Mary Doty on October 1, 1983 in Holly. He had worked at Chevrolet Truck and Bus then worked for EDS for many years retiring in 1996. Bill and his wife Mary were longtime members of the Buick Club of America. It was a hobby they enjoyed together and with many friends. It took them on travels across the country. He enjoyed their home at Holiday Shores in Durand. He was a member of the F.O.E. Burton Aries 3814. He loved to do crossword puzzles and " he completed them in record time in ink." He had a wonderful sense of humor that he shared with many. Surviving are: his wife of 32 years Mary; two daughters, Christie (Sean) Newsome, Nikki Renico; grandchildren, Eastyn, Emersyn, and Brayden Newsome, and Gabriella Marlow; sister, Beth (Tom) Baker; two brothers, Steve (Barb) Renico and Paul Renico; step-children, Sherri Monty, Todd (Wendy) Monty; sisters-in-law, Marge (Ron)Schram, Kay Long; his first wife Karen Renico; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends.
