BECK, Joann R. (Jomama) - Of Flint, died Saturday, June 3, 2017 at her residence.
Funeral service will be held 11am Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint.
Burial in Gracelawn Cemetery.
Visitation 11am-3pm and 5-8pm Monday and 10am Tuesday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Those desiring may make contributions to the American Cancer Society.
Joann was born in Flint, Michigan on June 27, 1936, the daughter of the late Lorin and Linnie (Harris) Bain.
On July 18, 1953, she married Richard Beck.
She was a loving mother and grandmother.
Surviving are daughters, Vicky and husband Ken Humphries,
Cynthia Beck;
12 grandchildren, Rick Beck III (Sonja), J.R., Kristi, Karla, Bryan (Corinna), Alicia, Robert (Alison), Tammy, Misty, David and fiancee' Beth, Nathan and Ashley;
16 great-grandchildren;
sister, Lola Maxine Henry;
many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Beck; sons, Richard Beck, Jr. and David Beck; daughter, Shelly Beck; brothers, Ray and Raymond Bain and sister, Alicejean Price.
