SANDERS, Betty L, (Earley) - Of Flint, age 92, died Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at her residence.
Funeral service will be held 1pm Saturday, November 21, 2015 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint,
Reverend Jeff King officiating.
Burial in Sunset Hills Cemetery.
Visitation 1-4pm and 6-8pm Friday at the funeral home.
Betty was born in Blytheville, Arkansas on October 31, 1923. She was a life member of Flushing VFW Post 5666 Ladies Auxiliary. She was a member of Ainsworth Baptist Church.
Surviving are 5 children, Jani Wagner, Tommy and wife Nancy Earley, Susan Jones, Terry Sanders, and James and wife Kathleen Sanders;
sister, Dorothy Hill;
12 grandchildren;
many great-grandchildren;
many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Grover Duke Earley; second husband, Lenis Sanders; her parents, Everett and Lola Rhoads; 2 brothers, Tommy and Charles Rhoads and sister Billie Johnson.
