Age 85, of Burton, MI, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 19, 2019.
The family will receive visitors Tuesday, May 28, 2019, at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 W. Hill Rd., Flint, MI, from 11AM until Noon, with a memorial service immediately following.
The internment of ashes will occur upon completion of services at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, MI, where all are welcomed to attend. Glenn was born in Flint, MI, on March 11, 1934, and is survived by his wife of 58 years, Eleanor, and two sons, David (wife Julie) of Phoenix, AZ, and Craig (wife Margaret) of Nashville, TN, and two grandchildren, Leslie and Vincent. Glenn was a long-time active musician and trumpet player for church orchestras, symphonies, and swing bands. He was an avid golfer and skilled tradesman for the Buick Motor Division. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made according to the wishes of the family.
