SEVERN, JoAnn - of Davison, age 79, passed away February 20, 2014 at Suncrest of Lapeer. A Funeral Service will be held 1 PM Wednesday, February 26, 2014 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison. Rudy Gomez officiating. Burial will be in Flint Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-8 PM Tuesday and 12-1 Wednesday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer’s Association or Humane Society of Genesee County.
Eva JoAnn was born in Flint, MI on January 7, 1935, daughter of the late Clyde and Florence (Porter) Severn. She worked as a nurse for 30 years.
JoAnn is survived by her sisters, Mary (Don) Wyant, Annette (George) Kovacs, Esther (Tom) Voelker, Gloria Taylor, Lois (Dave) DeMott; several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great great nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her sister, Claudia Severn.
