ONORE, Carol A. - Of Grand Blanc, formerly of Fenton, age 75, passed away Thursday, September 3, 2015 at Genesys Regional Medical Center.
Funeral service will be held 11am Thursday, September 10, 2015 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint,
Pastor Jack McMaster officiating.
Burial in Flint Memorial Park.
Visitation 12-8pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
Carol was born in Fenton on April 26, 1940, the daughter of the late Ross and Viola (Lord) Torrey. Carol volunteered at Crestmont Nursing Center. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Linden and also volunteered at the Youth Program at church. Carol loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Surviving are son, David Onore;
daughter, Debbie Onore;
grandchildren, David and Amber;
great-grandchildren, Maddie, Micah and Haywood;
sister, Barbara Miller;
many nieces, nephews and special friend, Joy Dibler.
She was preceded in death by her grandson, Steve, sisters, Betty, and Marilyn, brother, Alvin and sister-in-law, Bertha.
