BOROS, Alex -Of Davison, age 74, died Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at his residence.
Visitation 1-3pm and 5-8pm Friday, December 30, 2016 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint.
Cremation will take place following the visitation.
Alex was born in Budapest, Hungary on August 21, 1942, the son of the late Sandor and Elizabeth Boros. Alex immigrated in 1957 from Spain to the United States through Ellis Island and was placed with the Szylagi family. He became a naturalized United Stated citizen in 1976. On March 23, 1963, he married Barbara Tilley in Davison and she preceded him in death on July 12, 2015.
Surviving are two sons, Alex, Todd and wife Jennifer;
grandchildren, Kyle and wife Kerri, Kristy, Matthew and wife Ashley and Lexxi;
great-grandchildren, Alexis, MaKenzy, MaKaylee, Parker, Blake and Noah;
many nieces and nephews.
He was also preceded in death by his parents Sandor and Elizabeth Boros and foster parents, George and Vera Szylagi.
