BYRNE, Christina M. – Of Flushing, age 70, died Monday, October 26, 2020 at her residence.
Cremation has taken place.
Christina was born in Schenectady, New York, on January 19, 1950, the daughter of the late Robert and Aletha (Nitzschke) Byrne. Christina loved her family and friends, her Native American heritage, old movies and was an avid armchair animal rights activist.
Surviving are brothers and sisters, Kathryn M. (Raymond) Peck, Patricia L. (Adam) Long, John F. (Brittany) Byrne, David R. (Cheryl) Byrne;
special friend and “sister”, Cheryl A. Byrne;
special caregiver, Michelle Williams;
4 fur babies, Sammy, Boots, Rusty and Hazel;
6 beloved nieces and 9 beloved nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews
