VICK, Virgil Dale; born June 30, 1952 in Poteau, Oklahoma to Elmer and Opal Vick; of Goodrich formerly of Pontiac, Michigan; wintered in Bonita Springs, Florida; He took Jesus hand and went home on May 30, 2024 at the age of 71; husband/high school sweetheart of Denise for 52 years; father of Tanya (Tom) Roberson and Jacob (Katie) Vick; papa of Dominic, Dayson and Danica Roberson and Sydni, Lydia and Curtis Vick; great grandpa of Luna Roberson; brother of Gail (Ken) Kuznicki. Virgil graduated from Pontiac Northern High School where he was on the dive team. He retired from Pontiac Motor in Quality Control as an engine tester and weld lab instructor. Virgil was a talented bowler and softball player. He enjoyed traveling and a cold Dr. Pepper. Virgil will be remembered as a hard worker and craftsman who built decks and rebuilt car engines and motorcycles. Friends may visit Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home on Tuesday, June 4th from 5:00pm-8:00pm. Funeral Service Wednesday, June 5th at 1:00pm at the Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home, Clarkston. Graveside Service Evergreen Cemetery, Grand Blanc. Memorials may be made to Pulmonary Rehab.
