PARKER, Phillip Michael “Flip” - Of Burton, age 42, died Wednesday, September 3, 2014 at Genesys Regional Medical Center.
Funeral service will be held 12pm, Saturday, September 6, 2014
at Genesee Road Church of God, 4344 North Genesee Road, Flint, 48506,
Bishop Bruce J. Badder officiating.
Cremation will take place following the service.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be directed to the family.
Visitation 1-8pm Friday at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint. Visitation 11am Saturday until the time of the service at the church.
Phillip was born in Flint on July 4, 1972, the son of Robert D. and Joan C. (Campbell) Parker. Phillip had a large devotion and love for his family and his canine companion Cocoa.
Surviving are mother and father, Robert and Joan;
brothers, Bobby (Melody) Parker and Jarrod Parker;
grandfather, Cecil Campbell;
nieces, Sarah, Alissa and Alexis;
uncle, David Parker;
aunts, Deborah Decker, Kimberly Khair and Amy (Brian) Bostwick;
numerous cousins;
and special friends, April Pettey and Brian Bollinger.
