MADEJCHICK, John A. " Jack" -- Age 77, of Flushing, died March 4, 2014 at McLaren, Flint. Funeral services will be held 1PM Friday, March 7, at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Fr. Paul Schwermer officiating. Interment at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Roseville. Visitation will be held 11AM until time of service on Friday. Those desiring may make contributions to Food Bank of Eastern Michigan.
Jack was born May 13, 1936 in West Carroll Township, PA, the son of Mike and Catherine (Tocarchick) Madejchick. He earned his Masters Degree at University of Detroit. He was a Marketing and Planning Executive for GM, retiring in 1990 with many years of service. Jack was also a member of the American Marketing Association.
Surviving are: daughters, Deborah Rubin of Fraser, Terri (Denver) Jones of Flushing; step-daughter, April (Scott) Bowen of Clio; step-son Alan MacDonald; grandchildren, Aaron Madejchick, Ryan (Debbie) Rubin, Brianna Bowen, Drew Bowen, Brett Bowen, Caitlin Bowen; great-grandchildren, Shelby and Karina Rubin.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Kathleen;wife Sarah; brother, Donald; and sister, Margaret Swidersky.
