PETHERBRIDGE, MARY J. “JERI” of Goodrich suddenly November 12, 2013 at 90 years of age. Loving wife of the late Raymond “Pat”; loving mother of Gene (Laura), George (Carla), Leo (Cindy) and the late Pamela Petherbridge; grandmother of 7; great grandmother of 11; great great grandmother of 3. Preceded in death by her parents, 3 sisters and 1 brother. Jeri was a graduate of Michigan State University and managed food service for Goodrich Public Schools retiring in 1994 after 40 years of service. She was an active volunteer for 50 years with several organizations: Wheelock, St. Joseph Hospital and Genesys Hospital. Jeri loved her family dearly. She was a treasure trove of history, common sense and thoughtfulness. A Celebration of Life Visitation will be Sunday, December 1, 2013 from 12-4 PM at Atlas Valley Country Club, 8313 Perry Rd, Grand Blanc. Interment will be private at Hadley Cemetery, Holly. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Goodrich Lions Club or Boys Town. Arrangements entrusted to COATS VILLAGE FUNERAL HOME –ORTONVILLE.
