PATCHETT, Madeline L. (Grumley, Miller) – of Davison, age 82, passed away May 11, 2012 at Genesys Hospice Care Center - Goodrich. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, May 19, 2012 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison; Rev. Harold K. Polk Jr. officiating. The family will welcome visitors from 11 AM until time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Genesys Hospice Care Center - Goodrich.
Madeline was born in Flint, MI on March 31, 1930, daughter of the late Nelson and Rose (Ade) Grumley. She married Donald Miller on March 26, 1949 in Grand Blanc, MI and he preceded her in death.
Madeline is survived by her children, Gary Miller, Janet Beebe, Sharon (Jim) Stimson, Jane (Lee) Keeney, Donna Miller, Brooke Patchett, Bridget Patchett; 13 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; numerous step grandchildren; siblings, Lovell (Nancy) Grumley, Barbara (Lawrence) Vincent, Chuck (Vicki) Grumley, Keith (Katie) Taylor; sister-in-law, Julia Grumley. She was preceded in death by her grandson, Marc Grathoff; siblings, Shirley (Herb) Holderbaum and John Grumley.
