SMITH, Kenneth Romaine, Jr. – of Flint, MI, age 69, passed away Tuesday, June 4, 2019. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held on a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the First Flint Seventh-day Adventist Christian School, in Ken’s memory.
Ken was born in Blossburg, Pennsylvania on June 27, 1949, son of the late Kenneth and Charlotte (Hayes) Smith, Sr. He married Susan LaLonde on August 3, 1978. Ken enjoyed woodworking and playing the guitar.
Ken is survived by his loving wife, Susan; 4 children, Kenneth Smith III, Amanda (Justin) Evans, Aaron (Anna) Smith and Alex Smith; 2 grandchildren, Benjamin Smith and Jeremiah Smith; 3 siblings, Rosemary Phelps, Peggy Smith and Ruth (Rick) Gardner; many other loving family members and friends. He was preceded in death by sister, Nancy Adams.
