KATZUR, Ernest L., of Burton, age 85, died Friday, February 17, 2017 at his residence. Mr Katzur was born April 8, 1931 in Flint, the son of Harry and Edna (Lindgren) Katzur. AND
KATZUR, Mary Lou, of Burton, age 84, died Sunday, January 29, 2017 at Maple Woods Manor. Mrs. Katzur was born November 24, 1932 in Flint, the daughter of Willie and Katherine (Kruesch) Hoadley. Graveside services for Mr. and Mrs. Katzur will be held in the spring at Sunset Hills Cemetery. Ernie and Mary Lou were married for 66 years! They liked to bowl, travel across the USA, and fish in Canada. Ernie worked at Buick Motor Division for 31 years while Mary Lou stayed home and raised their family. Ernie and Mary Lou are survived by: son, Tom (Denise) Katzur; 2 daughters, Ernestine Morrow and Katherine (Ken) Giffles; 6 grandchildren, Robert (Dana) Morrow, Tom Katzur, Tim Katzur, Terry (Lisa) Katzur, Billy Simpson, and Nikki Simpson; 5 great grandchildren. The Katzur's were preceded in death by their parents and their siblings.
