KADLEC, Ed – of Burton, age 58, passed away April 28, 2012 at McLaren Flint. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, May 2, 2012 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison; Rev. Fr. Andrew A. Czajkowski officiating. The family will welcome visitors from 1 PM until time of service.
Ed was born in Flint, MI on December 18, 1953, son of Charles and Josephine (Slovak) Kadlec. He married Carolyn Stevens on October 26, 1988. Ed loved farming, gardening, fishing, camping and spending time with his grandchildren. He was a Fork Truck driver at General Motors.
Ed is survived by his wife, Carolyn; children, Sherry (Brad) Dye, Mike (Julie) Troutt, Mark (Kim) Troutt; grandchildren, Heather, Zak, Charity, Amanda, Chloe and Cooper; sister, Karen Kadlec; mother, Josephine Kadlec. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Kadlec; sister, Cindy.
