CRANEY, Sandra Ann – Of Swartz Creek, age 74, died Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at her residence.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Friday, August 8, 2014 at St. Mary Queen of Angels Church 4413 South Morrish Road, Swartz Creek, Father Louis Ekka officiating.
Burial in New Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
Visitation 6-8 p.m. Wednesday and 4-8 p.m. Thursday at Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road. A Rosary will be prayed at 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Family will receive friends at the church from 10 a.m. Friday until the time of the Mass.
Sandra was born in Flint, Michigan on May 16, 1940, the daughter of Melvin and Iva (Polmanteer) Losee.
She married Lawrence P. Craney on June 10, 1961 at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Flint.
She was a member of St Mary Queen of Angels Church in Swartz Creek.
Mrs. Craney was employed at Kresge/Kmart for numerous years.
Surviving are husband, Larry P.;
children, Larry P., Jr.,
Beth (Randy) Badour,
Tim (Cindy) Craney,
and Amy Stanley;
8 grandchildren;
a great-granddaughter and
her sister, Sharon Losee.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
