CLARK, Sharon Kay, 78, of Swartz Creek, passed away on October 22, 2024, at home, surrounded by family.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

Sharon was born on January 29, 1946, to Nicholas and Ella Mae (Wharry) Calandro. Sharon attended Ainsworth High School (Class of 1964), graduated from St. Joseph School of Nursing in 1967 and married Paul A. Clark Jr. on April 21st that same year. Sharon chose to forgo her nursing career and instead devote her life to her family and raising her children.
Sharon was the heart and soul of her family and loved caring for others. She enjoyed sitting on her back porch, taking trips to Traverse City with her beloved husband, and watching Jane Austen movies (all of them).
Sharon will be remembered most for her strong faith in God, compassion and kindness towards others, witty humor, and touching the lives of those who knew her.
Sharon is survived by her loving husband, Paul; children, Laurie, Todd (Lorry), Amy (Scott), and Dawn (Erik); 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; brother Nick, stepsister Elaine, stepbrothers Craig and Chris; and many other loving family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Nicholas and Ella Mae Calandro, stepmother Barbara Jean Calandro, and newborn son, Jeff.
A special thank you to Dori from The Care Team Hospice for her loving nature and exceptional care of Sharon in her final days.
