FIELDING, Glenn – of Davison, age 69, passed away July 3, 2017 at Select Specialty Hospital – Ann Arbor. A Funeral Service will be held 1 PM Friday, July 7, 2017 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison; Pastor Steve Turner officiating. Burial will be in Davison Cemetery. Visitation will be 11 AM – 1 PM and 3-8 PM Thursday and 12-1 PM Friday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the River of Life Church.
Glenn was born in Flint, MI on December 6, 1947, son of the late Richard and Laura (Kozol) Fielding. He married Janice Dowless on February 25, 1967. Glenn enjoyed to go camping, hunting, spending time in his yard and coaching his son’s and grandson’s baseball teams. He loved his family and spending time with them. Glenn retired from Chevrolet Metal Fabrication in 2000 after 32 years of service.
Glenn is survived by his wife, Janice; sons, Glenn Alan (Suzie) Fielding and Greg (Jamie) Fielding; grandchildren, Gina Marie, Whitney, Kristen, Greg (Christina), Patrick (Alisa), Ashley, Izabella, Anysa and Caden; great-grandchildren, Soneya and James. He was preceded in death by his brother, Richard Fielding and sister, Carole Ott. A special thank you to Nancy and John Luman for their care and concern of the past few months.
