BOWMAN, Carolyn R. (Burgess, Hall) – Of Grand Blanc, formerly of Reno, Nevada, age 83, died Wednesday, April 11, 2012 at Wynwood of Grand Blanc. Memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, April 16, 2012 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Reverend Karen Williams officiating. Cremation has taken place. Visitation 11 a.m. Monday until the time of the service at the funeral home. Carolyn was born in Flint, Michigan on July 4, 1928. She married Ed Bowman in Reno, Nevada in 1972. Surviving are son, Mike and wife Suzanne Hall of Grand Blanc; daughter, Linda Daniels of California;
grandchildren, Becky and husband Jeff Dow, Stacie Hall, Kristen Chalker, Cameron Hall, Todd and wife Anita Rex, Scott and wife Julie Daniels; 5 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by husband, Ed, in 1991; brother, Ralph and sister-in-law, Shirley. A special thank you to the staff at Wynwood for their excellent care.
