Claude W. Longueuil, Jr., 92, a 27 year winter-resident of Oasis RV Park in Zolfo Springs, passed away in Sebring on Wednesday, December 7, 2016. He was born on June 16, 1924 in Woostar, Massachusetts and resides in Montrose, Michigan. He was employed as an insurance adjuster and an auto body repairman. Claude served in the United States Army.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Claude W. Longueuil, Sr. and Ruth Plaisted Longueuil; wife, Elizabeth "Charlotte" Longueuil; sons, Raymond, Carl, and Kenneth; brothers, Bud and Charles; and sisters, Hazel and Marjorie. Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Tom and Joyce Longueuil of Flint, Michigan; three sisters, Barbara Ginnell of Warren, Michigan, Janice Wagner of Clare, Michigan, and Ruth Goolesby of Avoca, Michigan; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at the First Baptist Church of Zolfo Springs at 11:00 AM. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service time. Reverend Trent Swanson will officiate. |
