Harold Milton Walsh, age 92, passed away September 10, 2020 in Davison, Michigan. He was born December 25, 1927 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Clarence & Eva (Longden) Walsh.
Harold worked for and retired from GM at the AC Sparkplug as a tool & die grinder after 20 years. He was a founding and presiding pastor for 30 years at the United Baptist Church in Burton.
Harold married Goldie "Bobbie" Roberta Reitler and she proceeded him in death on August 9, 2008. He is survived by his children, Elaine (Dennis) Potvin, William (Marie) Walsh, Keith (Gayle) Minteer, Robert (Lois)Walsh, Jennye Scott, Nancy (Dan) Bishop, Lisa (Robert) Hanel, Vickie (Danny) Ross, Ralph (Karen) Minteer, Janice (Dave) Chanski, Charlotte (Brian) Dotson, Harold Timothy (Jill) Walsh; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his siblings, Barbara Kay and David.
Visitation for Harold will be Sunday, September 13, from 2-4pm with a 4pm Funeral Service all held at NTC Church, 3484 Belsay Rd, Burton, MI 48519. Burial will be at the Crestwood Cemetery, Burton, MI. Memorial contributions can be made in Harold's memory to the East Side Senior Citizen Center. |
